Following the reboot, the MGC connects to the Call Server and downloads the
remaining configuration information.
If centralized software upgrade has been enabled, the MGC will upgrade its
loadware by downloading it from the Call Server.
Once the MGC has registered, the LED display will show the superloop and
shelf (for example: 4 0) of the Media Gateway. Otherwise, it will show "UNRG."
Rebooting the MGC
The MGC reboots and registers with the Call Server.
