Upgrading a Call Server from CP PII to CP PIV
5 Unscrew, unlatch and remove the Drive Carrier Card from its slot. Retain
the Drive Carrier Card (and database backup) in a safe and secure
location until the successful completion of this upgrade.
Database backup information, the Drive Carrier Card and
original CP PII card should be preserved for a minimum
of 5 days.
