Replacing basic chassis components

JP5 - Disarming no power in the bottom bay

If you are operating with one power supply, you can disable sensing of no power from the
bottom power supply. To do this, install a jumper on jumper block 1, JP5.
Ensure that the functioning power supply is installed in the upper power bay.

Not used.

JP3 - LED display

Install a jumper on jumper block 1, JP3, to configure the alarm board to send alarm signals to
the full array of LEDs. This is the default setting and the required setting for normal server
operation.
If this jumper is not installed over both pins, the alarm board does not send the correct format of
signals to the front panel display.

Replacing the status display panel

The display is located at the front of the chassis and is cabled to the rear of the chassis and
the alarm board.
To replace the status display panel
