CAUTION

5.1 Parameter list

Never make a drastic adjustment or change to the parameter values as doing so
will make the operation unstable.
If fixed values are written in the digits of a parameter, do not change these values.
Do not change parameters for manufacturer setting.
Do not set any values other than the described setting values to each parameter.
POINT
EtherNet/IP is available with servo amplifiers with software version B0 or later.
The fractional portion of the value in each of the following parameters will be
rounded down. If a value smaller than 1 r/min is set in either of them, the servo
motor may not rotate.

[Pr. PT06 Creep speed]
[Pr. PT65 Profile speed command]
POINT
The parameter whose symbol is preceded by * is enabled with the following
conditions:
*: After setting the parameter, cycle the power or reset the network
communication.
**: After setting the parameter, cycle the power.
Abbreviations of operation modes indicate the followings.
Standard: Standard (semi closed loop system) use of the rotary servo motor
Full.: Fully closed loop system use of the rotary servo motor
Lin.: Linear servo motor use
DD: Direct drive (DD) motor use
