Installing an M320 Rear Air Filter

To install the rear air filter (see
Attach an electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap to your bare wrist, and connect

the strap to one of the ESD points on the chassis.
Align the filter with the right side of the air filter slot and carefully push the filter all

the way into the slot. The top and bottom air filter guides direct the filter to the left
as it is pushed into the slot.
Holding the filter all the way in, push it to the right side of the slot until it is held in
3.
place behind the hooks.
Place the right edge of the honeycomb against the flange of the air filter slot.

Line up the holes at the top, center, and bottom of the honeycomb with the pins in
5.
the slot and press the honeycomb into place.
Replace the air filter cover.
6.
Firmly tighten the captive screws at the top, center, and bottom of the filter cover to
7.
secure it to the chassis, using a Phillips (+) screwdriver, number 2.
