user rate-limit total-octets

Use this command to limit the number of bytes the user is allowed to transmit and receive. The
maximum number of octets is the sum of octets transmitted and received. After this limit has
been reached, the user will be disconnected. 0 octets denote unlimited transmission. The
<user-id>
variable is the number of bytes.

This command displays all configured users or a specific user in the captive portal local user
database. Enter the optional username to view information about the specified user. The
