passive-interface

User level: privileged, supervisor.
Use the passive interface command to allow interfaces to be flooded into the
OSPF domain as OSPF routes and not external routes.
An interface becomes passive only if you use the network command to enable
OSPF to run on the interface.
The syntax for this command is:
passive-interface <interface-name/net addr>
interface-name /
net addr
Example:
Router-N# passive-interface FastEthernet 1.10

redistribute

User level: privileged, supervisor.
Use the redistribute command to redistribute routing information from other
protocols into OSPF.
Use the no redistribute command disables redistribution by OSPF.
The syntax for this command is:
[no] redistribute <protocol>

Area ID. This parameter exists for compatibility with
P550.
Name of interface or IP address.
