For the Model 2306-PJ to function correctly, the current range must be selected
before selecting the trigger level range.
Since this sample program is for a continuous pulse train, the pulse it measures could
also be measured using the single shot method.
' Set active channel - battery.
' Select 5A current range.
' Enable step.
' Select PCUR function.
' Specify 5 up steps.
' Specify 4 down steps
' active steps = 9 (5 up + 4 down).
