• If DETECT ON (only), search time needs to elapse before responding to a bus
command.
• If SEARCH OFF or FAST ON, search time and TOUT are not incurred while pro-
cessing non-user triggered commands (refer to Section 10 of the User's Manual for
examples of user triggered).
• Search time or TimeOUT needs to elapse when checking TLEV command for valid
setting, if enabled.
