2-2 E2 SCANNER DRIVE
- Definition -
. Lights if the scanner home position sensor does not turn on within 10
seconds after the "Start" key is pressed.
. Lights if the scanner home position sensor does not turn off within 3
seconds after the scanner starts moving.
Lights if the scanner home position sensor does not turn on within 2
seconds after the reverse clutch turns on.
- Possible Causes -
. Home position sensor failure
. Forward and/or reverse clutch failure
. Scanner drive wire out of position
Main PCB defective.

Does the voltage at CN 104-5 change when actuating or de-actuating
the scanner home position sensor?

Replace the main PCB.
Replace the scanner home position sensor.
Does the voltage at CN103-1 (for the forward clutch) /at CN103-3 (for the
reverse clutch) drop from +24 volts to

Replace the main PCB.
