6-4 FUSING THERMISTOR REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the oil blade assembly (see 6-3 Oil Blade Replacement).
2. Pull off the fusing knob, turn the silicone oil tank mouth to the front and
remove the left inner cover (3 screws).
3. Remove the silicone oil tank assembly (2 screws, 1 connector, 1 wire
clamp), and remove the oil sump.
Remove the upper fusing entrance guide [A] (1 screw, 1 connector, 1

wire clamp), and unhook the thermistor spring [B].
5. Replace the fusing thermistor [C].

NOTE: a) When installing the thermistor, make
harness is correct-
ly wound around the upper fusing entrance guide.

b) During re-installation, make
that the holes of the guide and
the tab of the oil sump are in their correct position, and that the
oil end sensor holder is correctly positioned in the sensor groove.
