3-3 CLEANING BRUSH REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the cleaning unit and remove the cleaning brush gear [A] (1 "E"
ring).
2. Remove the cleaning brush idle gear [B] (1 screw), and the front and
rear bushings [C] from the cleaning brush shaft (1 "E" ring each).
3. Remove the cleaning brush shaft holder [D] (1 screw), and remove the
cleaning brush [E].
NOTE: When removing the cleaning brush, first remove the front end of the
brush and then pull it out, taking care not to damage the mylar.
4. Holding the new cleaning brush by the shaft only, first fit the rear end of
the brush in the shaft holder and then the front end.
NOTE: When re-installing the cleaning brush gear, make
edge of the gear is facing the rear of the machine.
