Remove the front transport gear [G] (1 "E" ring), and the front transport
bracket
(4 screws).

Take off the front transport drive shaft bushing [J], and remove the rear
transport gear [K] (1 "E" ring).

Separate the transport belt assembly from the rear transport bracket [L]
(2 screws), and take off the rear transport drive shaft bushing [M].

Turn over the transport belt assembly [H], and remove the lower
transport cover [N] (2 screws).

Move the transport drive shaft [0] out of position, releasing the transport
belt tension.
10. Replace all 3 transport belts [P].
a )
NOTE:
It is advisable to replace all 3 belts at the same time, making
sure that the ribbed side of the belt is facing outwards.
b)
When re-installing the transport belt assembly, make
transport grounding plate [Q] is in its correct position.
c)
When re-installing the rear transport gear, make sure it is facing
the rear of the copier.
