adjusting the light intensity, check and adjust the original ID sensor.
Development
Be careful not to nick or scratch the development roller sleeve.

2. Place a sheet of paper under the development unit when it is out of the
copier.
3. Clean the drive gears after removing used developer.

Toner Supply
1. The image density sensor and the pre-transfer lamp should be cleaned
at every EM or PM with a blower brush.
2. Do not touch the ID sensor pattern with bare hands.
3. Image density sensor adjustment is required when:
a) The image density sensor is replaced.
b) The main PCB is replaced.
c) The drum has been replaced and Vsg is out of specification.
d) There have been toner supply problems and Vsg is out of
specification.
