CLEANING PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT

ADJUSTMENT STANDARD :44 mm
Take care when doing this procedure as the power is on.
NOTE: When doing this procedure, make sure that the cleaning unit and
the drum are fitted in the machine.
1. Turn off the main switch.
2. Remove the rear cover and turn on DPS 101-5 [A] on the main PCB.
3. Turn on the main switch, enter "1" in the 10 keys, and then press the
"Start" key [B] (cleaning solenoid on).
4. Loosen the 2 cleaning solenoid fixing screws [C], and move the assemb-
ly [D] until the distance between the two points (see illustration) is 44
mm.
5. Tighten the fixing screws and then press the "C/S" keY to stoP the coPier"
6. Turn off the main switch and turn off DPS 101-5.
