PAPER EXIT SENSOR REPLACEMENT

Turn off the main switch and unplug the copier.

Remove the following covers:
a) rear cover
b) lock plate cover (1 screw)
c) left cover
Remove the connector-stopper
the exit sensor connector [B].
Remove the exit assembly [C] (1 "E" ring) by pushing the right exit brack-
et arm [D] inwards.
Remove the lower exit guide [E] (1 screw, 1 shoulder screw).
Remove the exit sensor
Replace the exit sensor
Reassemble all parts.
NOTE: When re-installing the exit sensor bracket, make sure the positioning
pins on the exit bracket are correctly fixed.
