Yes The printer cannot
find the data controller
program or the
validation checksum
is corrupt.
No XXXX is the number
from 0000 to 0010.
The Engine Controller
has stopped and is in
the state identified by
the number displayed.
Yes A control panel key is
stuck in the down
postion.
Yes This message
appears if the
freeform feature is
enabled. This feature
is for manufacturing
use only and is never
used by the customer
or field maintenance
personnel.
No The controller board
is not communicating
with a PCI card. This
could indicate a bad
PCI card, poor
connection, or
problem in the PCI
bus.

Solution
Download the program
again. If the fault message
appears again, contact
your InfoPrint service
representative.
Contact your InfoPrint

1. Release stuck keys.
Determind and correct
what made the key(s) stick.
2. Cycle power: power off
the printer, wait 15
seconds, power on the
printer. If the message
appears, replace the
control panel.
1. Power off the printer.
Hold any control panel key
down and power on the
printer. Hold the key down
until the printer powers up
and the message
FREEFORM OFF appears
on the LCD. If the message
reappears, contact your
InfoPrint service
representative.
