pressed to clear a

Check cable connection
and host system.

Clear paper jam and reload

Make sure the ribbon is not
twisted and the platen lever
is set to match thickness of
media being used. If fault
reoccurs, contact your
InfoPrint service
representative.
Clear stacker jam and
reload paper. See User's
Guide for procedure.
