Remove blank and hang up messages automatically:
Enable this option if you tend to get several messages where callers hang up rather
than leave messages. The advantage of not clearing the short messages is that users
can listen to the Caller ID information played at the end of the message to identify
callers*.
*Caller ID service required from your telephone company.
View Mailbox Data:
Details are provided for each voice mailbox and announcement. This tool is useful
for better managing the voicemail resources of the system.
Reset Mailboxes:
Use this feature if, for example, an employee has left the company and all greetings,
messages and settings for a particular mailbox need to be reset. If you need to
simply delete a password, use the Voicemail Manager located under 'Tools' in the
menu bar.
