The FanRecover trap indicates that the
failed fan is recovered.
This trap is sent when there is an IP
address conflict.
This trap is sent whenever a managed
interface MAU enters the jabber
state.The agent MUST throttle the
generation of consecutive
ifMauJabberTraps so that there is at
least a five-second gap between them.
This trap is initialed when a LLDP entry
is added to or deleted from remote DB.
