This section describes the procedure for setting up a mailbox, store a
document in a mailbox, print a mailbox and poll a mailbox.

Mailbox Setup

FastAccess: M541
You can program up to 20 mailboxes. Each mailbox has a mailbox number,
name, and password. The mailbox password is used to print the mailbox
contents locally or retrieve remotely using the mailbox poll feature. If a mailbox
password is deleted, then the associated mailbox is automatically deleted.

Press Menu.

Press 5 to select the Supervisor menu.

If required, enter Supervisor Menu password.

Press 4 to select the Mailbox menu option.

Press 1 to select Mailbox Setup menu option.

Use the keypad to enter a mailbox number from 1-20.

Press Enter.
