Software Requirements & Installation
Installing the software applications
Install the software as follows:

The installation program is a Windows program. Start Windows if it is not
currently running.

Place the installation floppy disk into the A: (or B:) disk drive.

If you are using Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups (3.11):
From the File menu in the Windows Program Manager, choose Run. Type
"A:\SETUP" into the command line box and click OK. Use B: instead of A:
if applicable.

If you are using Windows 95: From the Start menu, choose Run.Type
"A:\SETUP" into the command line box and click OK. Use B: instead of A:
if applicable.
5 The installation program displays an introduction screen. Click Yes to
continue.

The next screen lists the software applications you can install.
Konica Fax 9825 Configuration Program: Allows you to change the
menu settings on the Konica Fax 9825 from your PC.
Konica Fax 9825 Print Driver: Allows you to print to the Konica Fax
9825 from your PC.
Konica Fax 9825 Twain Scan Driver: Allows you to scan documents
from the Konica Fax 9825 to your PC.

If you do not want to install one or more of these applications, clear the
check box next to the applications you do not want to install.
8 Click OK. Files will be decompressed and copied to your hard drive.

If you have chosen to install the Konica Fax 9825 Series print driver you
will be prompted with a message asking whether or not you would like the
installation program to modify your WIN.INI file. This is necessary before
you can use the print driver.
The program will add the new Konica Fax 9825 Series printer to your list
of printers.
