Mailbox Report
FastAccess (manual): M542
This report lists the programmed mailbox names and passwords. This report
is accessed under the Supervisor menu under the Mailbox sub-menu.
To print the report while the machine is in standby mode:

Press Menu.

Press 5 to select the Supervisor menu.

Press 4 to select the Mail/Poll/Relay menu option.

Press 2 to generate the Password report.
The report contains the following information:
No. - Mailbox Number.
Password - Assigned 4-digit mailbox password.
Name - Mailbox Name.

Billing Report by Department Code

A billing report sorted by department code can be printed. See the " Department
Codes Menu " section on page 154 for details on enabling the department code
prompt. For security, the billing report is printed from the Supervisor menu.
To print the billing report:

Press Menu.

Press 5 to select the Supervisor Menu.

If required, enter the Supervisor Menu password.

Press 7 to select the Access menu option.

Press 4 to select the Department codes menu option.
6
Press 2 to print the Billing report.
