Creating Individual Cell Entries
The following sections describe how to plan your phonebook, how to set up
Individual cells and how to edit them.
Printing the Phonebook
FastAccess: M14
You can print the contents of the phonebook to help you decide which cells to
program with new numbers:

Press Menu.

Press 1 to select the Reports/Help menu

Press 4 to select the Phonebook Report.
Press Æ until the desired setting displays: Sorted by index, or Sorted by

Press Enter.
The telephone numbers assigned to phonebook cell numbers 1-70 can be
accessed with the one-touch keys. Therefore, assign the most frequently used
telephone numbers to phonebook cell numbers 1-70. If you are planning on
creating groups it is convenient to assign them to the One-Touch keys.
Therefore, leave some of the 1-70 cells available for this purpose.
Setting up the Phonebook
FastAccess: M221
Quick Access: For one-touch keys (1-70), you can skip directly to step 6 by
holding the one-touch key for 2 seconds.
Use the following procedure to store information for individuals in the
phonebook:
