Enable/Disable Department Codes

The Department Code feature is enabled or disabled with this menu.
To enable Department Codes:

Press Menu.

Press 5 to select the Supervisor Menu.

If required, enter the Supervisor Menu password.

Press 7 to select the Access menu option.

Press 4 to select the Department codes menu option.

Press 1 to select the Enable/disable option.

Billing Report by Department Code

A Billing Report sorted by department code can be printed. To print the report:

Press 7 to select the Access menu option.

Press 4 to select the Department codes menu option.

Press 2 to print the Billing Report.
