Have the following information available when you call for assistance.

Serial number (located on a plate on the back of the machine)
Printed page count and firmware revision (from the self-test report)
Dealer's name
Address

Date of purchase
If your Konica Fax 9825 needs service there are several ways to get
assistance.
Consult the dealer from whom you purchased your Konica Fax 9825. All
Authorized Konica Fax 9825 Sales Dealers in the US and Canada are also
Authorized Service Dealers.
Contact an Authorized Konica Service Dealer. Call 1-800-825-5664 for the
location nearest you. Have your State name ready for our Customer
Service Representative. Prices and minimum charges may vary. Proof of
purchase is required for warranty work.
Contact Konica directly for depot repair. Allow 30 days for round trip ship-
ping and repair via a depot service area. If you carry in your machine, you
must call first to schedule service.

Shipping Your Konica Fax 9825

If you need to ship your Konica Fax 9825 machine for repair, it is best to use
the original packing materials. Send only the Konica Fax 9825 unit. Do not
send the image drum unit, toner cartridge, or other accessories.
Remove the document stacker tray, the power cord, and power and phone
cords. Do not ship these items unless requested by the service representative.
Remove the image drum unit and toner cartridge. Place them in the black
plastic bag supplied with your fax unit. Do not ship these with your fax machine,
as the toner may spill inside the machine and cause damage. If this occurs,
there may be a charge to clean the machine.
Wrap your machine in plastic and place it in the styrofoam shipping support
inside your box. Close and tape the box.
Do not ship your Konica Fax 9825 with the image drum unit and toner cartridge
