Upload General & Printer Options
Reads the current General Options settings and the Printer options from the
Konica Fax 9825 into the PC. This is done automatically when the program is
started. Although Phonebook information is also automatically uploaded when
the program starts, a separate command under the Phonebook Menu exists to
upload the Phonebook manually.
Setup Hardware
Allows direct access to Windows Parallel port setup menu.
Phonebook Menu
Menu active only when accessing the Phonebook Option Window.
Upload
Reads the phonebook information from the Konica Fax 9825 into the PC.
Download
Sends the phonebook information from the PC to the Konica Fax 9825.
Load
Allows you to specify a saved Phonebook file to be loaded into the Phonebook
Window. If you wish to load this Phonebook into the Konica Fax 9825 you must
use the Download command.
Save
Allows you to save the Phonebook information currently in the Phonebook
Window as a disk file. Specify the name (and optionally the phonebook) for the
save file.
Clear Phonebook
Clears all Phonebook information in the Phonebook Window. This does not
affect the Konica Fax 9825 unless you were to use the Download command to
send the "cleared" Phonebook to the Konica Fax 9825.
Window Menu
Menu active only when accessing an Options Window.
Cascade
Arranges multiple Options Windows into a cascaded arrangement. This may
be convenient when opening more than 1 Options Window.
