Close the copy stacker and push down on it until you hear a click. Be sure
both sides are latched. You may hear a rattling sound if the sides are not
latched completely.

If a sheet of paper is jammed in the slot where received faxes and copies
exit onto the copy stacker, gently try to pull the paper out. You can push
the blue guide bar up and back to remove tension from the paper. Be
careful not to tear the paper; if a torn piece of paper is stuck inside the
machine where you cannot reach it, a service call will be required.

Pull out the paper cassette.

If any paper in the paper cassette is damaged, remove and replace it.

Push the paper down until it is under the plastic tabs. (Make sure the rear
paper stop and the side guides fit snugly against the paper.)

Slide the paper cassette all the way back into your machine.

Close the document table.

Turn the power switch back ON.
