Mailbox transmission

This function is used to transmit a document to a mailbox. This is helpful
if only a specific person should be reading the message. However, both
machines must be of the same type.
The transmission is only executed if both mailbox ID codes are identical.
This prevents the document from being transmitted to an incorrect
mailbox.
The document is scanned into the remote fax machine's memory and can
only be printed if the recipient enters the correct 4-digit mailbox passcode.
Ask for the mailbox ID of the receiving machine before the transmission.
Insert the document face down in the document feeder. Adjust contrast
and resolution if necessary.
