Konica Fax 9825 Configuration Program
When the Phonebook window is active a Phonebook menu will be available.
Under this menu you will find commands to Download the phonebook to the
Konica Fax 9825 as well as options to Save and Load phonebook files to disk.
By maintaining PC files with phonebook information, you will have a backup of
the Phonebook that can easily be restored if the Konica Fax 9825 loses this
information.
Also, if you need to access over 250 numbers, you can create multiple
phonebook files and manipulate the numbers available in the Konica Fax 9825
by loading the numbers you need from disk.
All the menu options are described below:
Configuration Program Menus
Config Menu
The Config Menu has the following options:
General Options
Opens a window showing the General Options settings. These settings are
discussed throughout this manual. Parameters may be changed as desired,
then downloaded to the Konica Fax 9825.
Phonebook
Allows you to maintain the phonebook and mailbox lists. Opening the
Phonebook Window also opens a new menu called Phonebook on the menu
bar. This menu bar allows uploading and downloading of the phonebook list to
and from the Konica Fax 9825. This information is uploaded and downloaded
separately from the General Options and Printer Options which is
accomplished with the commands below.
The Phonebook Window allows maintenance of phone numbers, group list and
mailboxes.

OneTouch Keys

Allows you to program any of the 70 OneTouch keys as dial options.
Download General & Printer Options
Writes the General Options and Printer Options from the PC to the Konica Fax
9825. This will download any changes you may have made to the General
Options or Printer Options. Note that phonebook information is not
downloaded with this command. A separate command under the Phonebook
Menu allows the downloading of the Phonebook.
