Cancel a Polling Job

Cancel a Polling Job
If you press Stop to cancel an active polling job to a single destination, the
entire job is canceled.
If you stop an active job to a destination in a multiple poll operation, the
machine cancels only the current transaction and continues to poll the
remaining machines. To cancel the remaining numbers, see the " Cancel a
Multiple or Pending Poll Job " section on page 106 .

Press Status until the job to be canceled is display.

When the desired job is displayed, press Stop.

Retrieving Confidential Documents with DTMF

You may place calls to the Konica Fax 9825 using DTMF dialing sequences to
retrieve documents stored in Confidential Receive mode.
What is DTMF?
DTMF stands for Dual Tone Multi Frequency. A fax machine that supports this
function can interpret tones generated from a touch-tone phone.
The Konica Fax 9825 uses DTMF to allow remote callers to retrieve faxes
stored in confidential memory. DTMF also allows remote callers to send faxes
to or retrieve faxes from the 20 mailboxes. See the " Mailboxes and DTMF "
section on page 111 for further information.
Polling Confidential Documents
If the Konica Fax 9825 has been set up to enable Confidential Receive, then
use the following procedures to poll documents from the memory of the Konica
Fax 9825. You must know the secure access password of the machine in order
