Confidential Receive Menu

The Confidential Receive Menu allows the supervisor to enable or disable this
feature. If the feature is enabled, printing a confidentially received fax is done
from this menu. To print the confidential document, " Print Confidential Faxes "
section on page 83.

Use this feature to receive all documents into memory. You must set the
Supervisor Access mode to PASSWORD REQUIRED and enter a password
to use this feature. See the " Supervisor Access Mode " section on page 152.

Press 7 to select the Access menu option.

You may wish to secure access to the use of the machine. If this is done, the
assigned password will need to be entered each time the scanner is used to
send a fax or make a copy.
If you set Password Require make sure to record the password in some
manner. If the password is forgotten you will not be able to use the Konica Fax
9825.
