Press 7 to select Report options menu.

Press 1 to select the Send Confirmation menu option.
Press Æ until the desired setting displays: Always, Never or If fax fails .

Select Always to print a report after each operation; select If fax fails to
print a report if an error occurs. If Never is selected, the machine does not
automatically print the report.

Press Enter.
Press Æ until the desired setting displays: Normal, Wide or None .

Choose Normal to print a reduced image of the first page of the fax in the
report.
Choose Wide to print an image of the first page in the report that is nearly
full size (but slightly compressed from top to bottom).
Or, choose None to omit the image of the first page of the fax from the
report.

Press Enter.
When the report is printed the following information is included:
Send Results Message - Indicates a successful or unsuccessful trans-
mission. If an error occurs during the transmission of the fax, the report will
be titled Send Error Report. If the fax is successful, then the title will be
Send Confirmation Report.
Job - Number assigned by the machine for the fax transmission.
Start Time - The transaction start time.
Usage - The length of the communication, in minutes and seconds.
Phone Number or ID - The name or number of the remote machine, if
programmed.
Type - Type of communication or activity; Send, Receive, Poll In/Out,
Mailbox nnn, Report or Setup.
