Delayed Polling (Poll-In)

Delayed polling lets you program the machine to poll a remote machine at a
later time. When you use delayed polling to retrieve a document, documents
must be ready to be polled from the remote machine.
If Confidential Receive is on, documents are received into memory. See the
" Print Confidential Faxes " section on page 83 to print confidential documents.

Check that no documents are loaded in the document feeder.

Press Menu.

Press 2 to select the Fax menu.

Press 1 for Next document menu option.

Press 1 to select the Delayed start menu option.
Use the keypad to enter the time. Press Æ to select AM or PM.

Press Enter.

Use the keypad to enter the date.

Press Enter.

The machine prompts you to enter the telephone number.
To poll a single location, enter the telephone number using one of the
dialing methods and go to the next step.
To poll multiple locations, enter a telephone number and press Enter after
each number. When all the numbers are entered, go to the next step.

When all numbers are entered, press Start.
