Selecting the Phone Number to Display
FastAccess: M175
The Phone Number or ID column of the Fax Activity Report will display the fax
telephone number. However, when sending a fax you may decide to list either
the telephone number being dialed or the remote machine ID that is passed
back from the recipient's fax machine. Since there is not enough room on the
report to display both numbers, you must decide which you wish to have listed
on the report. The machine defaults to the telephone number dialed.
To change the number listed on the Fax Activity report:
1
Press Menu.
2
Press 1 to select the Reports/Help menu.
3
Press 7 to select the Report options menu option.
