You can clear the document, configuration, or phonebook memory.

Press Menu.

Press 5 to select the Supervisor menu.

Press 8 to select the Clear memory menu option.
Press Æ until the desired setting is displayed: Documents (and log),

Phonebook, or Configuration .

Press Enter.

Press Start to confirm that you want to clear the part of memory you
selected. The machine will perform a self-test automatically.

If Memory is Full

The document memory in the machine may become full during the following
operations: multiple copy, broadcast, single destination send, store to the
general poll box, store for polling, and store to a mailbox. When the document
memory fills, the display says "Memory is Full, Job Canceled."
If you are transmitting to single or multiple destinations, the machine will
continue transmitting the documents stored in memory. If you are transmitting
to a single destination when memory fills, the operation is aborted after the
documents are transmitted from memory.
The following operations may be performed when memory is full:
Manual send to a single destination (excluding polling)
Copying a single copy
All PC operations that do not require memory (for example, send, receive,
upload and download)
Incoming calls are answered if at least one of the following conditions
exists:
Documents are stored for general poll in memory
Documents are stored in a mailbox
