IPv6 Static/Default Route Settings

A static entry of an IPv6 address can be entered into the Switch's routing table for IPv6 formatted addresses.
To view this window, click Administration > Static/Default Route Settings > IPv6 Static/Default Route Settings, as shown
below.
This window shows the following values:
Parameter
IPv6 Address/PrefixLen
Interface
Next Hop Address
Metric (1-65535)
Protocol
Status
To remove an entry, click the corresponding
window to configure:

Description
The IPv6 address and corresponding Prefix Length of the IPv6 static route entry.
The IP Interface where the static IPv6 route is created.
The corresponding IPv6 address for the next hop Gateway address in IPv6 format.
The metric of the IPv6 interface entered into the table representing the number of
routers between the Switch and the IPv6 address above. Metric values allowed are
between 1 and 65535.
Represents the status for the IPv6 routing table entry.
Displays whether the entry is Active or Inactive.
