Create New Use the "Click here to OpenDNS" link to open http://www.opendns.com.

Enable Select this check box to use OpenDNS after configuring an account on
OpenDNS http://www.opendns.com.
Host Name Type the Host Name provided by OpenDNS.
User Name Type the User Name you created with OpenDNS.
Type the Password tied to the User Name created with OpenDNS.
