Removing Conditioner Drive Belt

Removing the conditioner belt drive that transfers power to the conditioner.
DANGER
To prevent bodily injury or death from the unexpected startup of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the
key from the ignition before leaving the operator's seat.
DANGER
Ensure that all bystanders have cleared the area.
1. Lower the rotary disc pull-type fully.
2. Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.
3. Remove the left driveshield. For instructions, refer to
4. Turn jam nut (A) counterclockwise to unlock the tension
adjuster.
5. Turn jam nut (A) and adjuster nut (B) counterclockwise to
fully collapse tensioner spring (C) and release the tension
from conditioner drive belt (D).
6. Remove drive belt (D).

Installing Conditioner Drive Belt

Installing the conditioner belt drive that transfers power to the conditioner.
DANGER
To avoid bodily injury or death from unexpected startup of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the key
from the ignition before leaving the operator's seat for any reason.
DANGER
Ensure that all bystanders have cleared the area.
