This register is the map decoder enable register for the four
programmable local bus to VMEbus map decoders.

GCSR address. These bits are compared with
VMEbus address lines A4 through A7. The GCSR is
enabled by values $0 through $E. The address
$XXFY in the VMEbus A16 space is reserved for the
location monitors LM0 through LM3. Note: XX is the
group address and Y is the location monitor (1,LM0;
3,LM1; 5,LM2; 7,LM3).

When this bit is high, the first local bus to VMEbus
map decoder is enabled. When this bit is low, the
first local bus to VMEbus map decoder is disabled.
When this bit is high, the second local bus to
VMEbus map decoder is enabled. When this bit is
low, the second local bus to VMEbus map decoder is
disabled.
When this bit is high, the third local bus to VMEbus
map decoder is enabled. When this bit is low, the
third local bus to VMEbus map decoder is disabled.
When this bit is high, the fourth local bus to VMEbus
map decoder is enabled. When this bit is low, the
fourth local bus to VMEbus map decoder is
disabled.
