2.3.2.3 Sequential Options

With the Sequential Options, you can perform the following actions to control
how the cartridges are processed in Sequential CTS 1, Sequential CTS 2, and
Dual Sequential modes. The loop and restart options are application specific.

To set the restart option

1. Select the Configuration Menu by pressing

Troubleshooting
Determines whether the tape library restarts at the first
cartridge or restarts where it left off after a power-on or
reset.
Starts at the first cartridge
Restarts operation where it left off.
Determines if the tape library should stop after
processing all ten cartridges (five in Dual Sequential
mode) in the magazine or loop back to the first cartridge
and continue processing.
Loops back to the first cartridge.
Stops processing cartridges after processing the last
cartridge.
