Provides control for the robotic mechanism (CHM) of the
tape library. The serial diagnostic ports, SCSI connectors,
and the outer shield are part of the SMC controller card.
Provides ESD protection for the SMC controller card.
Comprises the fan, power switch, power connector, and
fuse.
