Outline of operation
● This instruction shifts the area from the address specified by [D1] to the address specified by
[D2] to the right by [n] digits.
● The area from the starting address to the end address of the shift target is shifted to the right
by the specified number of shift digits.
● The specified number of shift digits vanishes from the starting address. The specified
number of shift digits in the end address is padded with H0.
