Description
To be set in the case of out-of-range in indirect access (index modification).
(Bit length of the operation unit - rotation amount) bits of the pre-operation data are output.
When the operation unit is 16 bits (US), if [n] is either 0 or a multiple of 16, the rotation
amount is regarded as 0, and no change occurs.
When the operation unit is 32 bits (UL), if [n] is either 0 or a multiple of 32, the rotation
amount is regarded as 0, and no change occurs.
