Operand Function overview
Retrieves the character strings of [S2]
number of characters from the left side (the
S1, S2,
side where the device address is smaller)

Reads the character strings for [S3]

Converts the date and time information

the character string of [S2], and outputs the
result to the system relay (SRA to SRC).
