Check for and correct:
• Static or transient over voltages in the
input power supply.
• Insufficient deceleration time (parameters

• Undersized brake chopper (if present).
Drive heatsink is overheated. Temperature
is at or above 115°C (239°F). Check for and
correct:
• Fan failure.
• Obstructions in the air flow.
• Dirt or dust coating on the heat sink.
• Excessive ambient temperature.
• Excessive motor load.
Fault current. Check for and correct:
• A short-circuit in the motor cable(s) or
motor.
• Supply disturbances.
Inverter overload condition. The drive output
current exceeds the ratings given in
"Ratings".
