LEFT CRANKCASE COVER INSTALLATION

Install the dowel pins and new gasket.
Install the left crankcase cover and tighten the bolts.
NOTE
• Do not pinch the neutral switch wire when installing the left
crankcase cover.
Run the wire harness through the crankcase groove and set the
wire guide plate with the mounting bolt.
NOTE
• Do not pinch the wires when installing the guide plate.
Install the neutral switch collar.
Install the starter reduction gear and shaft.
