XL2 0 0 REAR WHEEL/SUSPENSION
DRIVER ATTACHMENT/PILOT
Pack the new needle bearings with grease.
Carefully press the needle bearing with the pivot bushing into the
swingarm pivot using the special tools.
TOOLS
Driver
Attachment, 32x35 mm
Pilot, 20 mm
SWINGARM
PIVOT COLLAR
ASSEMBLY
Apply grease to lip of the new dust seals.
Install the pivot collar and dust seal caps.
DUST SEAL
SCREWS
Install the drive chain slider and drive chain guard.
BOLTS DRIVE CHAIN SLIDER
RETURN SPRING PIVOT BOLT/NUT
INSTALLATION
Install the swingarm on the frame and install the pivot bolt and
nut.
Tighten the pivot nut to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 90 N.m (9.0 kg.m, 64 ft-lb)
Hook the brake pedal return spring.
