Brake Caliper Installation - Honda XL200 2001 Shop Manual

HYDRAULIC BRAKE
Install the pad spring on the caliper.
INSTALLATION
Apply a locking agent to the caliper mounting bolt threads.
Install the caliper and bracket assembly on the fork leg and
tighten the bracket bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 31 N.m (3.1 kg.m, 22 ft-lb)
Connect the brake hose eyelet joint with two new sealing
washers, then tighten the oil bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 35 N.m (3.5 kg.m, 25 ft-lb)
Fill the master cylinder with DOT 3 or DOT4 brake fluid from a
sealed container and bleed any air the front brake system.
Install the brake pads.
