Install the left crankcase onto the crankshaft.
Draw the crankshaft into the left crankcase using the special
tools.
TOOLS:
Crankcase assembly collar.
Crankcase assembly shaft.

CRANKCASE ASSEMBLY

Install the dowel pins and new gasket.
Pour oil into the crankshaft connecting rod big end oil hole.
Install the right crankcase on the left crankcase.
NOTE
• Make sure that the gasket stays in place during this
operation.
Install the left crankcase bolts and tighten and tighten them
securely.
NOTE
• Tighten the bolts in a crisscross pattern in 2-3 steps.
